At the Hatston Pier in Kirkwall, Orkney Islands, UK, wave curtains were placed on submerged tubular piles. Herefore, a safe and dry area had to be created to access these tubular piles. Acotec developed a special cofferdam in which the wave curtains could be attached to the piles in all safety.
