Chinese Coast Guard - Anti-fouling on hull

Boats of the Chinese Coast Guard can be docked for long periods of time. In case of emergency, they should be immobilized as quick as possible. However, during the period they are docked, fouling grows on the hull of the ship which decreases the speed tremendously. To avoid this problem, the Chinese Coast Guard chose for the frictionless anti-fouling coating of Humidur. The application was on glass reinforced plastic so no anti-corrosion coat was necessary.
